To say that I’m a private person would be an understatement. I think I’ve spent the majority of my life hiding, or trying to hide, “me”. But as God would have it, I feel Him drawing me out and urging me to begin unraveling some things for the good of myself and quite possibly, others.
But where to begin? It’s too big of a question, so I will just go as the Lord leads. Bear with me, for it may take some time to be fully comfortable in the open air.
I will begin, and leave you for now, with a prayer I wrote in a journal many years ago. I believe it is the essence of my journey. I’d love it if you feel led to pray it with me 🙂
“Lord, Cleanse me from my secret faults–let them not have dominion over me. Let me be pleasing in Your sight. In Jesus’ Name I ask, AMEN”
